    This was done pretty much “on the fly” with the bulk of the effort being done in the compilation/production by one person. Kudos to her! Also… well… we didn’t have time to do achieve the vision we had which was a “wo/man on the street” interview format around campus. We ended up just isolating it to people working within our unit on campus… you know, those folks who bill tuition and fees, collect the same, disburse financial aid awards to accounts and students, process short-term loan requests, handle cash management for all UW departments, reconcile accounts between diverse financial data systems, process invoices for departments, manage collections the collections process for student accounts, advice and educate students on student finance issues, and loads of other stuff that helps keep the UW moving along and helping students stay in school and out of financial trouble…
